My project management services include defining client needs, preparing bid documents, tendering, bid analysis, construction review, payment certification, contract administration, and warranty inspections. Projects include new residential and light commercial construction, renovations, repairs, and remodeling.

Project Consulting

Proposed and billed on a per-project and per-milestone basis, project consulting offers a client a way to harness our specific qualities and use our expertise to develop and/or implement plans, from conceptual planning to turnover.

House Plan Review & Analysis

Ideally plan review is performed during the conceptual or early schematic phase of a house in order to build synergy with the architect’s or designers aesthetic goals. Plan review gives HP Colorado Homes the opportunity to comment on systems and components of the structure, such as HVAC placement and design, materials selection and installation, as well as the pros and cons of aesthetic details.

"General Contractor"

I put this in "quotation" marks to signify that I am a full service general contractor involved in all phases of construction. I am not a "paper contractor". When we start on a project, I have a crew of my own employees that stays on your project from start to finish. My employees are skilled in all areas of the construction process. From foundations, excavating, and flatwork. to framing, insulation, drywall. To interior finish, trim work, etc. From small projects such as roof and gutter repairs and sticking doors to large custom homes and everything in between.
